That’s what I love about these High School chicks man, I get older, they stay the same age. – Wooderson
So Noah II has started hanging out with the teenagers. They are juuuust reaching adulthood.
I’m going to have to start calling him Wooderson.
The good news is that they’ve started laying — well at least one is. The two teenaged Roos are trying to catch the ladies, but they are less than successful. We should cull them soon, as we don’t want them to harm the ladies.
We lost another chicken, one of the Black Copper Marans, which sucks. But that’s why we bought three of them. I can’t wait for their chocolate brown eggs.
Right now we have brown, speckled, blue, green, and white. Dark brown soon, and pink in the spring, assuming the world hasn’t ended yet.
