So one I made the goat cheese, I had to make something with it. I already had a dinner plan, so what to do? Make an amuse bouche.
I started with the crappy gluten-free crackers. I miss gluten. I put a dollop of goat cheese on the cracker
On top of that, I added half of a cherry tomato, smoked salt, fresh pepper, and radish micro greens.
All together it looks pretty.
Tasted good too!
