So the Husband wanted to make beef jerky. I picked up some seasoning at the feed store and eye of round at the grocery store. it ended up being sooo simple.
Started off with the cure and marinade. mixed that with water, and sliced the meat into thin strips. We put them in the marinade overnight.
In the morning, he put the strips into the dehydrator on full blast.
We started our day and by evening it was ready for a taste test.
