So one of our best sellers is creamed honey. It has a nice mellow taste, and is easy to make.

1:1 Ratio of crystallized to uncrystallized honey

Combine honeys in stand mixer.

With the batter paddle, begin to mix. Mix on high for twenty minutes. Let rest for about an hour, then mix on high for 20 minutes. Repeat until creamy.
