Getting Lost
We decided to have a weekend out with COVID precautions. Road trip off the beaten path, and staying at an Airbnb. It was lovely to get out of the house, and we came into contact with people four times total (potty stops).
We started driving randomly south and west towards Medicine Lodge.
Saw a big fire (contained)
And we ended up at Cheney Lake. We stayed away from people.
And put our toes in the water.
We drove around and had lunch in a park in Kingman.
Wound up hiking near the Ninnescah River for a while.
We decided to stop early and lounge in the lovely Airbnb provided by Swin Housing, a cute little house in Medicine Lodge.
Dinner was more of the same from lunch.
All in all and excellent first day.
