Accidental Homesteader
…a funny thing happened on the way to the bar
The adventure begins.
We are at a hotel in Wichita, since my flight came in rather late last night from my week in Wisconsin. It seemed silly to drive all the way back, just to come back to Wichita in the morning to start our trip, plus it shaves an hour off of the time. The hope is to get to Memphis, and the goal is to at least get to Little Rock.
We won’t have any new states for our map today, but we will have the opportunity to go to the Sequoyah NWR, Ozark NF, or the Ouachita NF.
Woohoo!
We’ve got a full call, weeks of luggage (for me at least), and I’m raring to go!!
