Misfits Market-Part 4
So, I didn’t quite get what I ordered from Misfits Market, but it wasn’t too far off.
Kale instead of chard, beets instead of celery, and a different kind of apples. That’s the nature of boxes like these. You don’t always get exactly what you think you are going to get.
But, the produce looked nice, and the apple was tasty. The kale chips are good, and the squash frittata was okay (that one is on me).
Cost
The cost was ~$27 for the box. I made a cart on The Kroger website that approximates the box I got. Again not exact, because of availability, but not bad on savings.
Verdict- do it again, see if it is cost effective and if we eat all the vegetables. So far we’ve used the delicata, kale, apples, and carrots.
