New Digs and (Potential) New Chicks

The little chicks are not so little now. So we needed to get them into their own coop as soon as possible.

We ended up refurbishing an older coop that had some warped boards. We moved them two days ago. We will let them out to roam free this weekend.

In other children news, we are expecting! One of our Marans decided to brood.

She has six eggs under her. We should get babies on or around June 27.

We need to get the nursery coop moved over to the yard. And build a new coop. And finish the fence. And build a goat shelter. And. And. And.
