We Own a Kayak
Ever since we bought the Subaru, we’ve been joking that we need a kayak to bring it to its full potential. Our interest in actually getting one comes from our trip to Kanopolis State Park. You can paddle up the Smoky Hill River and see some petroglyphs.
So, when we found an old kayak at an estate auction, we couldn’t resist.
It’s old, and dirty, but it was a cheap two seater that will work nicely for leisurely paddling.
So once spring comes, we will be taking our Subaru, having met its full potential, to Kanopolis to learn how kayak. I probably have at some point, and I know the Husband has, but it’s been a while.
Here’s hoping for a better spring.
