New Year, Renewed Focus.

Got out of some good habits near the end of last year, so we’re going to start strong again. This means, cooking more, working out more, staying more active during the day. I’m going to work closer to 40 hours per week than 50. Eat fewer meals at my desk.
Things that I use to help me keep on track include:
- MealBoard – paid app, but really great. It links to your shopping list, keeps recipes, helps you plan meals.
- My fitness pal – can write down what I *actually* eat. Plus, if I have usual meals, it will add all components.
- Fitbit – I wear this every day, but I’ve gotten out of the habit of using it as anything but a watch. Look at steps, track sleep, do challenges!
- Notebooks – I have goals in my books for what we want to achieve this year.
